You’re juggling everything; your team, your business, your family.  Yet somewhere along the way, your own wellbeing has slipped. Maybe you’ve hit burnout, or you’re running on fumes, feeling like you’re not fully showing up as the leader, partner, or parent you want to be. You know what you should be doing, but attempts at self-care feel sporadic and unsustainable. And as someone who’s used to success, the frustration of not getting it right can be exhausting.

This course is designed to change that. Leadership wellbeing is like cultivating a strong, rooted tree.  Resilience starts with solid foundations. When your wellbeing is thriving, so is your leadership.  You make sharper decisions, inspire your team, think big-picture, and meet challenges with composure.

Our programme will transform your mindset and behaviours, ensuring that you can lead with confidence, clarity, and resilience.

    Whilst we may set the timeframes of our contact with you, the actions you choose to take and the time in which you implement them are yours to choose.

  • All our offerings provide direct support from us.  These aren’t DIY packages.

    We believe the best care comes from walking alongside you on your journey.  We offer guidance, accountability, and expert insight every step of the way.  

  • Change is hard and it takes time. Ensuring that what you're trying to create is actually meaningful makes the it easier to stay the course.

Programme Overview

Connection

Weeks 1-3

This foundational module sets the stage for lasting change by strengthening your connection to yourself as a leader and others on the leadership journey.

  • Through guided exploration, you'll gain clarity on your why and build the confidence to implement wellbeing strategies that support both your leadership and personal growth.

    • By the end of this module, you will have:

      • Clarity on your leadership purpose past and present

      • Clarity on the values that anchor wellbeing as a leadership priority

      • Confidence to take meaningful steps toward sustainable wellbeing

Mindset

Weeks 4-6

In this module, you’ll develop your self-awareness skillset and learn the tools needed to recognise and respond to stress before it takes a toll.

  • These sessions will help you build confidence in regulating your stress response, so you can lead with clarity, focus, and resilience.

    • By the end of this module, you will have:

      • A clear understanding of your stress signals and strategies to manage them effectively

      • Practical strategies to strengthen cognitive performance to strengthen strategic thinking, adaptability, and effective decision-making

      • Techniques to harness your high-achiever mindset as a strength, not a stressor

Resolve

Week 10

In this final session, we reflect on your growth over the past 10 weeks, celebrating progress and solidifying your path forward.

  • You’ll leave with a clear plan to maintain momentum, ensuring your wellbeing strategies continue to support you beyond the course.

    By the end of this session, you will have:

    • A clear perspective on the changes you’ve made and the progress achieved

    • Defined focus areas and actionable steps to sustain your growth

Lifestyle

Weeks 7-9

Most leaders understand that recovery, nutrition, and exercise are key to both wellbeing and peak performance. The challenge is turning that knowledge into action amid the demands of leadership.

  • This module is not about telling you how to suck eggs.  In these sessions, we bridge that gap helping you move from awareness to meaningful, sustainable change.

    • By the end of this module, you will have:

      • Clarity on the lifestyle factors that align with your wellbeing values

      • Confidence to implement, adjust and refine lifestyle techniques to support your wellbeing

    Start your journey when it fits with your commitments.

    Initial joint session with Kirsten & Laura to establish your starting point and key focus areas.

    Ten weekly/fortnightly coaching sessions with Kirsten or Laura to personalise the key concepts to you.

    Online access to our comprehensive course manual, workbooks and extra resources to support your transformation.

    You’ll benefit from personalised support from Kirsten and Laura to ensure you to make the changes you want in your life.

    Online or in-person

  • Group

    Join one of our scheduled cohorts throughout the year.

    Initial joint session with Kirsten & Laura to establish your starting point and key focus areas.

    Ten weekly group calls with Kirsten, Laura and your course colleagues.

    Three 1-1 sessions to use at your discretion over the course duration to personalise the key concepts to you and track your improvements over time.

    Online access to our comprehensive course manual, workbooks and extra resources to support your transformation.

    You'll benefit from a community of like-minded business leaders as well as the support of Kirsten and Laura to ensure you to make the changes you want in your life.
