Terms of Engagement

  • A non-refundable 20% deposit is required for all our programmes.

    Payment is due within 7 days following the date of invoice. Invoices more than fourteen days overdue will incur a 5% late payment fee.

    We have credit card payment options for our invoices. Please note if paying by credit card, any surcharge payments will be payable by the client.

    Third party costs and expenses (such as printing etc.) will be agreed upon upfront and itemised separately.

    As a small business ourselves, we understand cash flow can be tricky and are happy to discuss a payment plan with you.

  • The terms of the arrangement will be openly discussed and renegotiated if the requirement for our services well exceeds the estimate provided and/or the scope of the programme is changed.

    You are aware that you can ask questions and provide feedback about the service being provided to you.

  • In the course of performing the contracted services, The Greenhouse may have access to confidential information. We are bound by our clinical codes of practice to ensure the confidentiality of all our clients. For full details please refer to our full Privacy Policy.

    However, should either Laura or Kirsten become seriously concerned about an individual’s mental health and/or safety they may need to break that confidentiality to keep them safe.

    If participating in group work:

    You consent to video and/or audio recordings of sessions to be used solely by individuals who were unable to attend

    You agree to maintain confidentiality of group members and will not discuss other participant’s private information outside of the group.

  • You agree that any learning materials provided to you by The Greenhouse are to support the work we do together. You will not not transmit or distribute to another person any training programme manuals, videos or session recordings.

  • We understand that sometimes life happens and you cannot fulfill all commitments. Let us know if something has come up for you and we can discuss putting the program on hold and/or other options for moving forward.

  • If you decide that our programmes are absolutely not for you that’s completely fine. We are happy to refund the remainder of your programme fees, less any work already completed.

    For single workshops if less than 1 week’s notice is given and the work is not rebooked you are liable for a 20% late cancellation fee on top of your non-refundable deposit.

    We reserve the right to terminate this contract should it become apparent that the programme no longer appears to be the best course of action. We will do our best to refer you on if this is the case.

    The services offered by the Greenhouse are for individuals residing in New Zealand at the time of engagement. Failure to disclose location accurately may result in participation being cancelled

  • You agree to limit any claim on us to the cost of the product or service provided. You understand that whilst we endeavor to provide services to help you manage with health and wellbeing, the final responsibility lies with you.
